Vanessa Tapia

Vanessa D. Tapia, 21, a resident of Santa Fe, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016.  Vanessa was known as a loving, caring, outgoing and adventurous person. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Vanessa is survived by her parents, Tommy Salazar and Marcella Tapia; sister, Crystal Salazar and companion Ivan Arellano; nephew, Jordan Arellano; her dog, Sadie and many other loving family and friends. Public visitation will begin on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Santa Fe. Burial to follow at Cementerio de la Agua Fria also in Santa Fe with the following serving the family as pallbearers, Ivan Arellano, Leandra Sena, Robert Tapia, Angie Tapia, Anthony Arellano and Tommy Salazar.
