Tony L. "T. R". Rael

Tony L. Rael, 55, also known as “T.R.”, a resident of Rio Chiquito/Cordova, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from a sudden illness. T. R. was preceded in death by his father, Porfirio Rael; grandparents, Antonio and Margarita DeAguero Perfecto and Vasilla Rael, Godfather and uncle, Jerry DeAguero; uncles, Herminio, Cristoval and Jose Blas DeAguerro and Lavriano Rael. T.R. was a very well known, loved and spoiled person everywhere he went someone always called out his name. T.R. loved working on cars and was always willing to help anyone in need. He loved having the yard immaculate. T.R. is survived by his companion, Valerie Trujillo; mother, Alice Rael; brother, Albert Rael, sister, Angela and husband Benjamin Montoya; nephews and nieces, Julie Rael, Cassey and wife Racheal Rael, Robert Montoya, Robin and husband Adam Pacheco; aunts and uncles, Umelia and son, Chris Martinez, Grace and husband Albert Chavez, Patsy and husband Ray Tafoya, Maggé and wife Carolina DeAguero, Pablita DeAguero, Dorothy Rael and very close Neighbor Jose Lopez. Public visitation will begin on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a burial to follow at Rio Chiquito Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers are Robert Montoya, Adam Pacheco, Robert and Ricky DeAguerro, Isaac Martinez, and Domonic Tafoya, honorary pallbearers named are Julie Rael, Robin Pacheco, Trish, Ike, and Reyann Martinez. The family of Tony L. Rael “T.R.” has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
