Tommy War

TOMMY WAR, 51, a resident of La Puebla, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018. He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma King, father, Joe War; sister, Carla War and brother, Ben War. Tommy loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He was the best mechanic and he loved what he did. He was the biggest Dallas Cowboys fan and he was always telling jokes and was known for always joking around. Tommy is survived by his daughters, Shanice (Booboose) War and Aubrey War (India), sons, Tommy Jr. and Daniel War; mother of his children, Coonie War (Maduffa); grandson, Elijah Valdez, granddaughter, Kaylene Valdez; and sisters, Emily Arzabala, Josie Martinez (Jimmy) and many other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel with a devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m.  The family of Tommy War has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.
