Tito Ortiz, 71, A resident from Chimayo, NM, passed away on April 23, 2023.

Tito is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Domicilia Ortiz, In Laws Meliton and Serafina Martinez, and brother Reynaldo Ortiz.

He is survived by his wife JoAnn Ortiz, daughters Cinderella Herrera (Rick), Phyllis Ann Ortiz, Roxanne Gasca (Jacob), grandchildren Nathaniel Ortiz and Breanna, Kevin Gasca and Amanda, Luis Herrera and Mia, Samantha Gasca and Mark, great grandchildren Owen Sanchez, Baby Ortiz and Baby Romero on the way, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Private services will be held.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his grandchildren Nathaniel Ortiz, Kevin Gasca, Luis Herrera and Samantha Gasca.
