THOMAS RAY SIMS “TR”, 35, a resident of Cañon Plaza, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 22, 2016. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Ray Sims; grandparents, Tom and Agnes Trujillo. Thomas loved fish aquariums and loved his video games. Thomas is survived by his son, Devin Thomas Sims-Griego; mother, Rosemarie Sims; brother, Carey Ray Sims and aunts, Elsie Vigil and Anita DeVargas Nevius, and many other relatives and friends. A public visitation will begin on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. A burial will take place on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sims’ home in Cañon Plaza.
