Theresa Aranda

Theresa A. Aranda, 73, a resident of Espanola, passed away on November 26, 2017. Theresa was preceded in death by her Sister, Orella Castillo; mother Benita Martinez, father, Filiberto Martinez. Theresa is our beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend.  She was an empathic, kind, generous, loving, giving, talented, artistic and beautiful woman inside and out.  There was never a time she didn’t have a beautiful elated smile that brought joy to all who knew and loved her. She gave whole heartedly and unconditionally to those she knew and loved and also held out a helping hand to anyone in need.  Theresa remains forever in our hearts. Theresa is survived by her brothers and sisters, Lloyd Martinez, Phil Martinez, Ralph Martinez, Lorraine Herrera, and Yolanda Martinez; her children; sons, Emmanuel Vigil, Son Randy Vigil, Lawrence Vigil, daughter, Melissa Vigil; her grandchildren, Kraig Maestas, Kayla-Joy Krueger, Leticia Vigil, Lawrence R. Vigil Jr., Paolo Vigil, Nicco Vigil, Carlo Vigil, Emmanual Vigil Jr, and great grandson, Jack Krueger, and many nieces and nephews who she loved deeply.  Public visitation will begin on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 4:00 p.m. The family of Theresa A.
