Theresa - Age 78 - Santa Cruz - Radosevich

THERESA BORREGO RADOSEVICH, 78, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away at home on Sunday, July 13, 2014 following a lengthy illness. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time she went on to be with our Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vicente and Beroniz Borrego; sisters, Vicentita Archuleta and husband James and Eliza Trujillo and husband Ismael; brothers, Joseph, Ross, Henry, Ernesto and wife Margie, Fabian, Ruben and an infant brother; brother-in-law, Tony Pacheco and sister-in-law, Delfina Borrego. Theresa was born and raised in Santo Niño. She attended Santa Cruz High School and New Mexico Highlands University, where she met her future husband. Theresa taught Business, Typing and Shorthand classes in the Valley for 28 years at Santa Cruz High School and later at Española Valley High. Her favorite hobbies included baking, cooking, painting, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her granddaughters – she spent the years after her retirement joyously caring for, teaching, as well as learning from her four girls. They were a huge part of keeping her youthful, smiling and allowing her to enjoy life from their eyes. Mrs. Radosevich is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Charles, Sr.; sons, Charles, Jr. and wife Theresa of La Mesilla and Eric and wife Patti of Santo Niño; four loving granddaughters, Heather, Michelle, Briana and Kristina; sister, Marie Pacheco of Santo Niño; brothers, Placido of Santa Fe and Rumaldo and wife Mary Louise of San Pedro; sister-in-law, Sally Borrego of Santo Niño and countless family and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. also at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Burial to be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. The family of Theresa Borrego Radosevich has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
