Sylvia Nevarez

Sylvia M. Nevarez, 58, a resident of El Rito born on July 2, 1957 departed this life to be with our Lord on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Leopoldo Trujillo; brother, Sisto Trujillo; father and mother-in-law, Guadalupe Nevarez and Jaime Nevarez Sr. Sylvia was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. Sylvia is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ellis Roy Nevarez Sr., daughter, Katrina Nevarez and companion Arturo and their children, Isayah, Jazmine and Arturo; son, Ellis Roy Nevarez Jr. and companion Teresa and their children, Ezequiel, Dominic, Xavier and Serenity; mother, Dolores V. Trujillo; sisters, Salomae (Anthony) Torrez, Monica (Randy) Lucero, brothers, Angel (Patricia) Trujillo, Leopoldo (Lillian) Trujillo; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jamie Nevarez, Rosalia (Jose) Mendoza, Gloria (Castulo) Leal, Melba (Vicente) Zuniga, Irma Nevarez, Ernesto (Guadalupe) Nevarez, Luz Alicia Nevarez, Bertha Nevarez, Darlene (Pedro) Montanez, Dolores (Daniel) Saavedra; her dovated pet Curly Sue Nevarez, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and God-children. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Juan Nepomuceno Catholic Church in El Rito. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the San Juan Nepomuceno Catholic Church, with a burial to follow at the Morada in El Rito. The family of Sylvia M.
