Susie - age 70 - El Rito Naranjo

\r\nSusie Naranjo, 70, a lifelong resident of El Rito passed away peacefully and went to be with the lord on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father; Rosario Lopez, son, Ronald Naranjo. Susie was a lifelong resident of El Rito, she was an exceptional home maker and a very loving, beautiful mom and grandmother, she loved her family, especially loved her Lord, she will be dearly missed. Susie is survived by her mother; Cora Lopez of El Rito, Children, Naomi Naranjo and companion Joey Vigil of Espanola, Howard Naranjo (Donna) of Ohkay Owingeh, Robert Naranjo (Deana) of El Rito, Karla and companion Mark Martinez of Vallecitos, Jerome and companion Angie Willow of Espanola, grandchildren and siblings; Roman Lopez ( Susie) of El Rito, Delia Trujillo (Norberto) of Las Cruces, Ross Lopez of El Rito, Dorain Maestas (Rudy) of El Rito, Andy Lopez (Natalia) of El Rito, Marbella Martinez (Benny) of El Rito, Christine Trujillo (Raymond) of El Rito, and numerous special nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. Public visitation will begin on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m. A rosary will be recited on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Juan de Nepomuceno Catholic Church in El Rito, Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with a burial to follow at the Placitas Cemetery in El Rito, with the following serving as pallbearers Dezi Lopez, Victor Trujillo, Rudy Maestas Jr., Benny Martinez Jr., Mathew Trujilo, Dominic Ortiz, Joel Joseph, and David Willard, honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren. The family of Susie Naranjo has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
