Steven Harold Age - 29 - Española Talachy

Steven Harold Talachy, 29, a resident of Española passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Harold R. Talachy; maternal grandfather, Samuel Vigil; paternal grandparents, Faustin and Ingnacita Talachy; uncles: Freddie, Ricky, Eppie and Joseph Tapia, Ross Maestas and Louie Talachy. Steven was a great father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He enjoyed watching sports. His favorite teams were the Lobos, Spurs, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. He was an adventurous person. He enjoyed outdoors, amusement parks, scary movies and joking around. Steven loved to laugh and make people laugh. He was sincere, giving, respectful, loving and will be sorely missed by his loving family. Steven is survived by his mother, Sandra Vigil; daughter, Mariah Talachy; sister, Kimberly and brother-in-law, Martin Gonzales; godchildren: Gabriel, Gabrielle and Gavin Gonzales; maternal grandmother, Virginia Vigil; aunts: Lucy, Pat (James), Louise, Pauline (Clifford), Cindy, Brenda, Hazel, Priscilla (Tony), Viola (Junior), Evelyn (Dean), Margaret and Leona; uncles: Ted (Loretta), Henry (Tina), Andrew and Harry; close cousins: George, Dylan, Geneva and Samuel; numerous other loving relatives & friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel in Arroyo Seco. Burial to follow at the Chamita Cemetery. The family of Steven Harold Talachy have entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
