Steve Trujillo

Steve H. Trujillo, resident of Santa Fe and formerly of Chimayo, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday June 23, 2020.

He was loved by so many.  He was known for his big, caring and kind heart. He was always willing to assist anyone with anything. We will always remember his over the top sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Santiago P. Trujillo and Emma J. Trujillo, brothers, Jimmy (Perry), Abenansio, and Luis (Jerry) Trujillo; nephew, Darrell R. Trujillo and wife, Stella Roybal.

He is survived by his daughter, Deserae (Luke), grandson, Zayden Davies as well as nieces whom he raised as his own, Adrina and Sarah Vigil, Michelle and Tracy Fresquez.
His brothers, Lee (Orlina) and Nelson (JoAnna) and sisters, Debra (Apolinar) and Susie Trujillo.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Zayden Davies and Antonio Ojeda. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks are mandatory and a limit of 75 people are permitted inside the building. The family of Steve H.
