SHIRLEY J. HANNAFORD , 85, a resident of White rock, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Ethel Goben; sister, Beverly Crum; brothers, Donald and Nick Goben. Shirley is survived by her husband, Charles E. Hannaford; sons, Charles A. Hannaford and wife Tannis, Jeffrey Hannaford and wife, Margaret, and Michael Hannaford and wife Pamela; brothers, Joe Goben and wife Sis, Bill Goban; grandchildren, Cody Birdwell and husband Marc, Avery Hannaford, Kelsey Hannaford, great-grandchildren, Charlie and Benton Birdwell. No services are being held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Los Alamos Visiting Nurses, 2202 Canyon Road, Los Alamos, NM 87544. The family of Shirley J. Hannaford has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
