Sharon Dalrymple

DALRYMPLE, Sharon Maureen (Kimmons), 84, formerly of Espanola passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024, in Lancaster, CA. A NM native she was born in Las Vegas and graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1957.  She was very proud of her New Mexico heritage.  Sharon was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile. She was a past Worthy Matron of the Espanola Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was an accomplished pianist and shared her talents often.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Helen     Kimmons and her husband of 50 years, Keith Dalrymple Jr.  

She is survived by her two children Keith Roy Dalrymple (Lynne) and Debora Kay Merrell (Steve); Grandchildren Stephen Merrell (Avery), Samuel Merrell (Amie), Jackie Abbott, DK Shreeve (Bryson), Keith Dalrymple (Lauren), William Dalrymple and 14 great-grandchildren. She loved her family fiercely. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, May 24, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1008 Fairview Lane, Espanola, NM. Burial will be in the Santa Fe National Cemetery. A viewing will be held at 8:30 AM prior to the funeral.
