Santiago Naranjo - Courtesy Announcement

Santiago Jose Naranjo, 75, a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah and Joe D. Naranjo; daughter, Sarah Viarreal and son-in-law, Johnny Viarreal; sisters, Ariellia Begay and Tonita Naranjo. Santiago is survived by his daughters, Phyllis (Roy) Martinez, Janice Naranjo, Sandra Talache, son, Santiago James Naranjo; sister, Frances (Tony) Herrera; mother of his children and best friend, Patricia Naranjo; grandchildren, Amanda (Nolan) Cruz, Ashley Martinez, Heather (Jeff) Aguino, Amber Naranjo, Jennifer Martinez, April Viarreal, Victoria (Rodney) Archuleta, Johnny (Brianne) Viarreal, Isaiah Viarreal, Marco Talache and Santiago Naranjo Jr.; as well as all his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous close relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at his daughter Phyllis (Roy) Martinez residence in Santa Clara Pueblo, 215 Roadrunner Rd. South housing desert storm. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at Santa Clara Pueblo Catholic Church, with a burial to follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers, Nolan Cruz, Santiago, James Naranjo, Jeff Aguino, Marco Talache, John Viarreal, Isaiah Viarreal, Roy Martinez, Tom Naranjo and Fidel Naranjo
