Rudy Rodriguez

Rudy Paul Rodriguez 62, a current resident of Albuquerque and formerly of Truchas and Pojoaque, passed away on Wednesday January 13, 2016. Mr. Rodriguez was preceded in death by his parents: Antonio Delfin and Eliza Rodriguez. Sister; Betty Marie Boyce. He retired from the Los Alamos National Labs after many years of service. He was always cracking jokes and making people laugh. He was always eager to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, he made sure others were cared for before himself. He is survived by his 3 sons; Max, Brett and Brady Rodriguez and one daughter; Tracy Rodriguez. Mother of his children; Pam Rodriguez. His partner; Crystal Sanchez. Nine grandchildren and siblings; Ann Dee (Mel) Stauffer, Ernie (Vonnie), Liliana, Doreen Rodriguez, DeDe Herrera, Rose (Javier) Flores, Debbie (Hossein) Ghandian, Marie (Kent) Fairbanks and Jana Leigh Rodriguez. He is also survived by his beloved dog “Bonita”. Public visitation will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday January 19, 2016 with recitation of the rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian burial is scheduled for Wednesday January 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo with burial to follow at the Pacheco Cemetery in Truchas.
