Roxanne M. - Age 29 - Española Romero-Chacon

Roxanne M. Romero-Chacon born July 10th, 1981 passed away unexpectedly due to an automobile accident September 2, 2010 at the age of 29. A resident of Espanola N.M. she is survived by her husband Adrian Chacon, son Raul Romero14, daughters, Kianna and Nevaeh Romero ages 3 and 2. Her mother; Anna Serrano of Espanola and father, Andrew Romero also of Espanola. Her brothers; Andres Romero and wife Arianna and children, Andres, Caleb and Tommy Joe of Hernandez and Orlando Romero and wife Mary and their daughter, Sarah and a sister; Jessica Garcia of Fairview. Roxanne loved with conviction and had a special relationship with her nephews and nieces. She was very Close to Grandma Pauline, aunts Alisha, Virginia and Yolanda, family from Las Vegas, Nevada. Uncle Nanding, cousins, Antonio Trujillo & Loloy Martinez and sister-in-law; Annie. She had a lifetime friendship with Peggy Esquibel and family of Fairview. There are many, many more family and friends who she loved dearly and were always in her conversations. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers; Benedicto Martinez Sr. of the Philippines and Willie Romero of Espanola, her uncles, Raul & Alexander Martinez and aunt, Christina Martinez of the Philippines and aunt Tammy Trujillo of El Rito and great uncles, Eufemio and Gustavo Romero of Espanola and cousin, Marla Lopez of Denver. Public visitation will begin on Monday Sept. 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a service to follow at 11;00 a.m. After the service cremation is being arranged for and burial will take place at a later date.
