Rosila Lucero

ROSILA H. LUCERO, 86, a resident of El Rito, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016. Rosila was preceded in death by her husband, Nabor D. Lucero; infant, Erlin Lucero; parents, Ramon and Eulogia Herrera; sister, Ernestina Martinez, brothers, Lalo, Bonifacio, Frank and Candido Herrera; son-in-law, Santiago Jaramillo. Rosila was known to many by how loving she was to everyone she met, she was very outgoing and loved to talk to people. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rosila is survived by her sons, Raymond Lucero and wife Bennie of Albuquerque, Nabor L. Lucero and wife Teresa of La Mesilla, Anthony S. Lucero of El Rito, Leonard Lucero and wife Carol of Colorado; daughters, Bertha Jaramillo of Albuquerque, and Sandra Lucero of El Rito; 12 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, Special Niece, Priscilla Jaramillo and husband Ramon of Utah, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Services will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall in Arroyo Seco. The family of Rosila H. Lucero has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
