\r\nRoger Valdez, 68, a resident of Dixon, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Mabel Valdez. Roger is survived by his wife Yvonne Valdez of Dixon; daughters, Jeanelle Romero and husband Eloy of Embudo, and Crystal Valdez of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, and Alexis Romero of Embudo. Private services will be held. The family of Roger Valdez has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
