Robert Matthew Vigil

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robbie Matthew Vigil.

He is preceded in death by his father Eluid, grandmother Ascencion, and other beloved relatives.

Robbie is survived by his beloved partner, Becky, and his daughters Nikole, Gabriella, Daniella, and Tamara, as well as his granddaughters Skylynn and Queanna. His mother, Lorraine Lopez, who all deeply treasured him.

Surviving Robbie are his sister Charlene (Michael), Ruth (Jon), and his brothers Don (Sofia), Lloyd (Jennifer), and Jason (Ally), all of whom shared cherished memories. His aunt Martha provided unwavering support and guidance.

Those who will forever hold Robbie dear in their hearts include his nephew Miguel (Emeral) and niece Francine.

Beyond his family, Robbie will be remembered for his passions and hobbies. He had exceptional woodworking skills and a talent for creating masterful pieces. Additionally, he found immense joy in fishing, a pastime that allowed him to connect with nature.

The loss of Robbie leaves a void that cannot be filled. His memory will forever be treasured by his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his legacy of love, creativity, and dedication to family be a source of comfort and strength for all who mourn his loss.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at La Capilla De La Sangre De Cristo at 11:00 am in Cuartelez, NM. A reception to follow at La Fonda Del Sol in Espanola, NM. Private burial will take place at a later time.
