Richard M. Age - 44 - Llano Lujan

Richard (Rick) M. Lujan, 44, a resident of Llano passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 17, 2012. Richard was a very creative and talented man who loved to create things. He loved being surrounded by his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed 4-wheel driving any chance he could get. Richard was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Richardo and Barbarita Martinez, Pablo and Emelina Tafoya; paternal grandparents, Patrocinio and Emelina Lujan. Richard is survived by his sons: Richard Michael Lujan Jr. and Dylan Joseph Lujan both of Wisconsin and their mother, Candace; sons: Jared Lujan and Paul Romero of Vadito and their mother, Geraldine Romero; parents, Benito and Helen Lujan of Llano; brothers: Derrick Lujan and wife Pauline of Vadito, Ben Lujan and wife Joyce of Taos, Nathan Lujan and wife Julie of Llano; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, relatives & friends. Public visitation will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Penasco with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Penasco with interment to take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 p.m. with the following serving as pallbearers: Benny Lujan Jr., Paul Romero, Denny Martinez, Michael Romero, Carlos Lopez and Jamie Lujan; honorary pallbearers: Richard Michael Lujan Jr., Dylan Joseph Lujan, Jared Lujan, Adam and Pam Espinoza, Jodi Martinez, God-daughter Elaine Lujan, Chris, Amberlee and Belinda Lujan.
