Richard Roybal Jr., 75, a resident of Pojoaque, passed away from injuries sustained by an automobile accident on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard Roybal Sr.; mother, Libradita Roybal; brother, Robert Roybal; son, Lawrence Roybal and other loving relatives. Richard loved hunting, fishing and his two dogs, princess and sparky. He most of all loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and spending time with them. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Charlotte Roybal; sons, Leroy (Dani), Jake (Jenelle), daughters, Bernadette (Kenny), Annette (Mathew); sisters, Clara (Leroy), Ida, Rosemary, brother, Alex, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and many friends. Public visitation will begin on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe Catholic Church, with a burial to follow at the Pojoaque Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers Kenny, Jerry, Ivan, Chris, Eloy, Ray and Kenny.
