Richard C. Jimenez, 43, a resident of Nambe, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Catalino Jimenez; grandparents, Canuto and Marcelina Romero, and Jose and Lila Jimenez. Richard was employed by Albertsons for many years before becoming disabled. He loved his heavy metal music and his dogs. Richard was shy but when you got to know him he was a clown. He will be greatly missed. Richard is survived by his mother, Donelia Jimenez of Nambe; aunts, Mary Sanders Corral (Ranulfo) of Nambe, Rose Martinez of Chimayo, Josie Romero of Arroyo Seco, Felipa Valdez, Senovia Benevides, Modesta Griego, and Mary Dunlap all of Santa Fe; Uncles, Ruben Romero (Kathy) of Flagstaff, AZ, and his uncle/padrino, Johnny Jimenez of Albuquerque. Public visitation will begin on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Nambe, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with a burial to follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Nambe. Serving the family as pallbearers will be; Matthew, Mark, and Steven Martinez, Lloyd, and Marty Sanders, Rudy Fernandez, and Catalino Corral. The family of Richard C.
