Reynaldo Moreno, 48, a resident of Pojoaque, NM passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at his home in Pojoaque. Rey loved hunting, fishing and the Dallas Cowboys. He proudly served in the United States Army for 8 years as Specialist E4, being honorably discharged. Mr. Moreno was preceded in death by his father, Felix Moreno; mother-in-law, Rosa Armenta. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Moreno; step-children: Teodoro Rodriguez, Esperanza Rodriguez and partner Jeffrey Lovato, Santiago Rodriguez; his pride and joy grandson, Javier Lovato; grandmother, Ernestina Alejo; mother, Martha Moreno; sisters: Susana and Rosalinda Moreno; brothers: Eduardo, Samuel and Victor Moreno; numerous other loving relatives & friends. Public visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 17, 2102 at 11:00 a.m. at Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque with burial to take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. with the following serving as pallbearers: Edwardo, Samuel and Victor Moreno, Ken Hurdle, Tony Abeyta, Jr. and Donald Ortiz.
