Ramon V. Gallegos 51, a resident of Española, Passed away on Friday, October 11. 2013. Ramon is survived by his wife Shirley Gallegos; 3 sons, Ray and Jacinto Gallegos, Jay Tree; 2 daughter, Shelly Tree, and Crystal Maria Gallegos all of Arizona; 13 grand-children, and 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Salvador Gallegos and wife Candelaria Caraveo, Blas Gallegos and wife Natividad Castillo, all of Mexico; Trinidad Gallegos, and wife Eremita of Espanola; sister, Maria Gallegos and husband Manuel Fresquez, Jose Luis Gallegos, and Carlos Arturo Gallegos and wife Elvira Chavira all of Mexico, and numerous grandchildren, relatives, and friends. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh. Burial to follow at Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde. The family of Ramon V. Gallegos has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
