Ramoncita - Age 85 - Santa Clara Pueblo Sisneros

RAMONCITA T. SISNEROS, 85, a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Petra Tafoya; brothers, Joe A., Mosiminio, Moses and Juan Tafoya; sisters, Belen Tapia and Flora Naranjo; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pasqualita Montoya and Roy Vigil. Mrs. Sisneros is survived by her husband of 55 years, Sam Sisneros of Santa Clara Pueblo; children, Alva Yazzie and husband Rudy of Santa Clara Pueblo, Roxanne Calvert and husband Stephen of Ohkay Owingeh and Jeff and Stephanie Sisneros both of Santa Clara Pueblo; grandchildren, Ramon Calvert of Ohkay Owingeh, Jalen Trujillo and Shayna Naranjo both of Santa Clara Pueblo; sister-in-law, Virgie Sisneros and companion Dennis; niece, Jennifer Naranjo and husband David of Santa Clara Pueblo; nephew, John Sisneros of Los Alamos and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the family residence in Santa Clara Pueblo with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara Pueblo Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the Santa Clara Pueblo Cemetery. The family of Ramoncita T. Sisneros has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
