Ramona V. - age 85 - Española Garcia

RAMONA V. GARCIA, 85, a resident of Española, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Celestino and Esquipula Vigil; brothers, Trinidad, Antonio and Ricardo Vigil and husband, Delfin Garcia, Jr. Mrs. Garcia is survived by her daughter, Peggy G. Holliday and husband Steve of Albuquerque; grandsons, Michael and Isaac Holliday; brother, Jose Vigil; sister, Antonia Vigil and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a wake to follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial to be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, Gilbert, George, Celestino (Tino), Robert and Manuel Vigil and Matthew Roybal. Honorary pallbearer will be Rick Trujillo. The family of Ramona V. Garcia has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
