Quirino Miguel (Guerro) Age - 67 - Abiquiu Maestas

Quirino Miguel Maestas (Guerro), 67, a resident of Abiquiu went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 5, 2012. His greatest pride was his military service. He served in both the US Army & US Navy. He was very Athletic in his younger years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizaida; father, Quirino; brother, Orlando; sister, Joyce; grandson, Ray; nephew, Larry. He left behind a loving family, 3 sons: Mike, Ray and Lee; sisters/brothers: Tita Maestas, Leroy Maestas and wife Frances, Joseph, Arturo and wife Doris, Elvie Mariscal, Bernie Maestas; step-brothers: Richard and Teddy Espiritu; step-sisters, Eileen Maya and Susie Ortega; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great great-nieces & great great-nephews; Aunt, Rafelita Martinez; many cousins with whom he grew up with & other cousins; special friend, Jose Serrano; numerous other loving family & friends. Rosary will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Abiquiu. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Abiquiu with burial to follow at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Cemetery in Abiquiu with the following serving as pallbearers: Leroy (Polo) Maestas, Martin Suazo, Aaron Maestas, Dominik Barela, Jose Serrano and Arturo E.
