Priscilla earned her High School equivalency from Northern New Mexico Community College. She began her professional career in administrative work. Soon after, she became a custodian with Sparkle at Los Alamos National Laboratory, a career which served her well. Priscilla was a hard-working, honest woman who took pride in the work she did. Throughout her career she made strong impressions and lasting friendships with many that crossed her path.
Priscilla’s pride was having raised Charlotte to be a good, hard-working, honest person. Priscilla always worked hard to give her daughter a loving home, fun upbringing and most importantly demonstrate and share a strong faith and devotion to God.
Priscilla was a social butterfly by nature. She thoroughly enjoyed her daily phone calls, frequent lunch dates and visits with her family and friends. Reminiscing on fun times and great memories were part of her daily routine. When it was too early to be on the phone, you could find her outside tending to her flowers and trees. Priscilla also enjoyed road trips with her prima and primo, her TV shows and Find-A-Word puzzles, along with reading the weekly Rio Grande Sun. Priscilla had a big, giving heart and she always made you feel welcome, whether you’d known her for 20 minutes or 20 years. She sure knew how to enjoy the simple things in life and was sure to always leave you with a genuine message and heartfelt hug.
