Phillip - Age 73 - Cordova Trujillo

PHILLIP TRUJILLO, 73, a resident of Cordova, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Timoteo and Bernardita Trujillo; brothers, Alfonso and Ignacio Trujillo; beloved aunt, Rosarito Trujillo; nephews, Marcus Martinez and Estavio Trujillo. He loved spending time with his sister and close family members. He enjoyed going to the local casinos and horse races. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Mr. Trujillo is survived by his sister, Frutosa Martinez and husband Zebedeo; sister-in-law, Evila Trujillo; special niece who he treated like a daughter, Martha Trujillo and her children, Joshua and Davery whom he loved dearly; close nephew, Richard Martinez and wife Annette who was his right hand; nephew, Eugene Trujillo who he loved dearly; close nieces, Beatrice Salazar and husband Wayne and Marsha Maestas and husband Roy; nieces and nephews, Robert Martinez and wife Irma, Eric Martinez, Arnold Martinez and wife Yvette, Maida Trujillo, Lonnie Trujillo and wife Audrey, David Trujillo and wife Paula and Evelyn Sandoval and husband Julian, Roy Trujillo and wife Sandra and numerous other loving relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Rosary will be recited on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 13, 2102 at 1:00 p.m. at San Antonio Catholic Church in Cordova with burial to follow at Cordova Catholic Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers named are, Eugene Trujillo, Richard Martinez and Martha.
