Philip Aragon

Philip Joseph Aragon (Felipe), 56, a resident of El Llano, NM, was called home unexpectedly on January 29, 2025.

Felipe was a loving brother, son, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with family and friends. He will be missed dearly by people who knew him.

Felipe was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Pete and Nellie Marquez; paternal grandparents Salomon and Anita Aragon; parents Olivia Grijalva and Lorenzo Aragon; brothers Frankie Aragon and Ricky Aragon; aunts Helen Valencia and Bernie Montoya; uncles Cipriano Marquez, Antonio Aragon, and Freddie Montoya, nephew John Joseph Lovato (J.J.); cousins Eddie Aragon, David Aragon, Boy Marquez, Monique Montoya; and Brother-in-Law Joseph Lovato.

Felipe is survived by his brothers and sister Andrew Aragon and wife Dora of Española, Juanita Aragon and companion Javier of El Llano, Anita Aragon and husband Luis of Medenales, Elizabeth Aragon and companion Roberto of Tierra Azul, Nellie Lovato and husband Anthony of Hernandez and Salomon Aragon of El Llano; uncles Roman Aragon (R.A.) and wife Sylvia of Española, Gilbert Marquez Sr., Mike Marquez; Aunts Patsy Marquez of Pajarito, Mary Martinez and husband Ernesto of Los Luceros, Barbara Vigil and husband Ralph of Albuquerque.  Felipe is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends that will truly miss him.
