Pedro - Age 94 - El Rancho - Roybal

PEDRO ROYBAL, 94, a resident of El Rancho went to be with the Lord and his wife, Maria, on Saturday, January 5, 2013 with his loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria T. (Dora) Roybal; son, Joe Ray Roybal; parents, Demetrio and Catalina Roybal; brother, Antonino Roybal; sisters, Cleotilde and Jose Gomez, Cirila and Eduvigenio Roche and Mary Cidelia and Ricardo Vigil; grandchildren, Danny Paul and Gilbert Ray Roybal, Edward, Ana and Henry, Jr. Esquibel and son-in-law, Henry Esquibel, Sr. Mr. Roybal is survived by his children; Carol Esquibel of Cuarteles, Gus (June) Roybal, Billy (Cordelia) Roybal, Danny (Diolinda) Roybal, and Larry Roybal all of El Rancho; 15 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque with a wake to follow at 6:30 p.m. and rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. also at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque. Burial to follow at the De La Cruz Catholic Cemetery in El Rancho with the following serving as pallbearers, David Baros, William, Lenny and Isaac Roybal, Matthew Lopez, Francisco Roybal, Corey Ortiz and Jesus Roybal. Honorary pallbearers will be all the grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family of Pedro Roybal has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
