PAUL O. LOPEZ (PO), 64, a lifelong resident of Santa Fe was carried away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 in Jesus’ Arms to join his parents, Paul and Rose and one sister, Jackie in his new home. He left behind Maria, 3 daughters; Melinda, Pauline and husband Allan and Amanda; one son, Paul John and wife Kristina; three beloved grandsons, Dylan, Cruz and Adrian; two princesses, Averie and Savannah; sisters, Marla and husband Jose, Dolores and husband Victor and Rose and husband Leroy; brothers, Phillip and wife Lori, Jerry and wife RoseAnn and Marty and wife Donna and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Thank you Dr. Shaffer and Pam for all your hard work in your loving care you provided Paul. Christina and Angela for always making time to chat with Paul. Mary, a wonderful nurse at CCU, thank you for being Paul’s Angel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Santa Fe. Burial to follow at 10:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, Allen Catanach, Robert Romero, Arcy Baca, Josh Ortiz, Jesse Baca and Juan Carlos Maez. Honorary pallbearers named are, Brandon Lopez, Rick Archuleta, John Baca and Phillip Lopez, Jr.  The family of Paul O. (PO) Lopez has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.
