Paul - Age 84 - Taos - Borrego

PAUL J. BORREGO, 84, a resident of Vadito, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2012 following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Eliseo and Antonita Borrego; brothers, Luis, Ernest, Alfonso, Frank and Horacio Borrego. Mr. Borrego is survived by his sister, Aurora B. Gurule of Peñasco; brother, Eliseo Borrego, Jr. of Vadito; 13 nephews and nieces and numerous great-nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Peñasco. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Peñasco. Burial to take follow at 2:15 p.m. the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, David Martinez, Gary Martinez, Orlando Lujan, Seth Romero, Octaviano Valdez and Michael Martinez. The family of Paul J. Borrego has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
