Patsy K. Age-44 - Albuquerque/Española Martinez

Patsy K. Martinez, 44, a resident of Albuquerque originally of Española went home on October 7, 2010. Patsy was full of life and always had a smile on her face, she also enjoyed camping, traveling and listening to Christian Music. Patsy loved to worship our Lord and Savior and always willing to help anyone in need. Patsy will be missed dearly and she will always be in our hearts forever. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Florintino and Juanita DeAguero; paternal grandparents, Esequiel and Anita Chavez. She is survived by her sons: Lenny Martinez and wife April, Peter Martinez and wife Cassandra; grandchildren: Jevon, Gabriel and Ayisha; parents, Arturo and Benilde Chavez of Española; sisters: Jackie Duran of Albuquerque, Nancy Sisneros and husband Allen of Hernandez, Florence Lucero and husband Luis of Hernandez; brothers: Rick Chavez and wife Brenda of Chimayo, Johnny Chavez and wife Christine of Arroyo Seco, Larry Chavez and wife Lorena of Española, Jerrell Chavez and companion Christine Gonzales of Española; god-children: Juanito Chavez, Miguel Duran of Albuquerque, Allen Sisneros of Hernandez, Mandie and Tammy Chavez of Española; special niece, Nevaeh Lucero who she called my little princess; special friends: Belinda, Marie and Dorothy of Albuquerque; many numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends. Cremation has taken place. A devotional service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victory Faith Church in Española. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. also at Victory Faith Church in Española. Burial to follow at the Nuestra Señora de Dolores Cemetery in Chimayo. The family of Patsy Martinez has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
