Patricia "Pat" Joyce Age - 72 - Esp Perraglio

Patricia “Pat” Joyce Perraglio, 72, a lifelong resident of Española passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 21, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of the Española Valley. She was a lifetime member and descendant of Henry Huffstutler, founding member of the First Baptist Church on La Joya. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She had a kind, generous and giving soul and helped anyone in need. She owned Chamisa Realty where she helped so many realize their dreams in the valley. She was always a great advocate for Española Valley, her legacy and devotion to us all will be sorely missed. She was preceded in death by her parents: Fred and Willie Bell Martin; brothers & sisters: Bobby Martin, Faye Carter, Fred Lawrence Martin Jr., Gerald D. Martin, Maxine Clark, Wilfred Martin, a sister that passed away a few hours after Pat, Jerrie Harbour; nephews: Martin Lee Huffman, Troy Martinez; numerous other loving relatives. Pat is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth Perraglio of Española; children: Randy Perraglio and wife Linda of Española, Tracy Perraglio and wife Lisa of Abiquiu, Darby Martinez and husband Jerry of La Mesilla; grandchildren: Nathan Martinez, Amy Perraglio, Timothy Martinez, Shawn Perraglio, Vincent Perraglio, Jessica Martinez, Ariel Perraglio, Joshua Martinez, Adelina Perraglio and Brandon Perraglio; like a granddaughter, Cherise Roybal great-grandchild, Makayla Martinez-Herrera; sisters: Catherine Daddow of Aztec and Donna Jonke and husband Al of Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives & friends. Devotional service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at The First Baptist Church in Española, 913 La Joya Street. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Española. Contact the church @ 753-2805 for food drop off for the meal following the funeral service. Burial will take place on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 9:45 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Shawn, Brandon and Enrico Perraglio, Nathan Martinez and Robert and Tyler Carter. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Amy, Vincent, Ariel and Adelina Perraglio, Timothy, Jessica and Joshua Martinez, Makayla Herrera-Martinez and Cherise Roybal. The family of Patricia “Pat” Joyce Perraglio has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
