Patricia M. Age - 65 - Ranchitos Gallegos

Patricia M. Gallegos, 65, a resident of Ranchitos passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 27, 2012. Her involvement in her faith was always active. She loved her family very much and was a giving woman with a heart of gold. Music was her passion and inspiration. She could liven up any gathering whether large or small. She loved helping people in any way that she could. She will be truly missed by all those that loved and knew her. Patricia was preceded in death by her son, Russell Gallegos; daughter-in-law, Wendy Fiona Gallegos; parents, Patricio and Loretta Quintana; sister, Trini Lujan; brothers: Adrian and Clyde Quintana. Patricia is survived by her husband of 46 years, Glen Gallegos; daughters: Leslie Gallegos and companion Jose Valdez, Melissa Montoya and husband Arthur; brothers: Orlando Quintana, Epi Quintana and wife Lupe; sisters: Dolores Carrejo and Lorraine Varela; grandchildren: David and Adam Roybal, Timothy and Kristen Gallegos; numerous other loving relatives & friends. Public visitation will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with burial to take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Serving the family as pallbearers will be: David and Adam Roybal, Timothy Gallegos, Arthur Montoya, Jose Valdez and Ruben Gallegos; honorary pallbearers: Flora Talachy, Pauline Lopez and Donna Martinez.
