Patricia "Patsy" Lujan

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Cecilia Lujan, who peacefully left this world on April 7, 2025, at the age of 72. Known lovingly as Patsy, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many.

Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Manuel Ruben “Shubby” Lujan; sons Michael, Manuel, and Carlos; mother, Annie Arelleno; and her siblings Ellen Herrera, Ben Arelleno and his wife Pauline, as well as her brother Gilbert Arelleno.

Patsy is survived by her cherished grandchildren Josh, Dylan, and Brooke who brought immense joy and pride to her life. She is also survived by her loving siblings Theresa Vigil, Eduardo Herrera, Rose (Rosabella) and husband Don Vogt, as well as her sister Veronica Chacon. Patsy’s extended family include sisters and brother-in-law Carol Arelleno, Teresa Roybal, Rudy Lujan (Tina), all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Patsy will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and the deep love she had for her family. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at New Hope Family Worship Center in Espanola, NM.
