PABLO C. “PADINO” MOYA, 80, a resident of Santa Fe, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2012 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Esquipula Moya; sister, Rita Moya; brothers, Ramos and Felipe Moya; nephews, Robert Moya and George Bachica. Pablo loved ranching and attending to his animals and making the most out of a simple life. One of his favorite things to do was working on cars and interacting with horses. He will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Moya is survived by his brothers, Luciano Moya and wife Rose and Juan Jose Moya; nephews and nieces, Alonzo Moya and companion Theresa, Marcelino Moya, Luciano Moya, Jr. and wife Veronica, Teresita Bachica and husband George, Diana Moya and Frances Moya and husband Dale; great-nieces and nephews, Crystal Moya and husband John Romero, LeeAnn Moya and husband Lawrence Martinez, Amber Martinez, Erin Romero, Sharon Martinez, Lolo Martinez, Isiah Romero and Alonzo Moya Jr.; and many other loving relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Cañada de Los Alamos Catholic Church in Santa Fe with rosary to follow at 11:00 a.m. and funeral mass to follow at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow mass at Cañada de Los Alamos Catholic Cemetery in Santa Fe. Serving the family as pallbearers will be: Alonzo Moya, Tony Blea, Chris Blea, John Romero, Lolo Martinez, Dale Sturgeon and Lawrence Martinez.
