Orlinda - age 58 - Santa Fe Quintana

\r\nOrlinda S. Quintana, 58, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013. Orlinda was a very outgoing person, very independent, she loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and gardening, and also loved her pets and animals, she was hard working around the house and loved to cut hair. Always was a fun loving person and liked to help family and friends, and had a heart bigger then her body. She was preceded in death by her father; Leopoldo Quintana. Orlinda is survived by her life partner; Herman Alcarez, mother, Rose Quintana, sisters, Helen Rosas (Oscar), Patricia Trujillo (Angel), brother, Phillip Quintana (Geri), nieces, Yolanda Almazan (Gilbert), Nancy Padilla (Tony), Margie Ortiz (Christopher Sr.), Roxanne Trujillo, nephew, Leroy Martinez (Robyn), great nephews and nieces, Charlie Padilla, Leonard Martinez, Anthony Padilla, Daniel Padilla, Destiney Martinez, Crystal Ortiz, Mark Perez, Christopher Ortiz Jr., and Elijah Trujillo. Public visitation will begin on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Santa Maria de la Paz in Santa Fe with a rosary be recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Santa Maria de la Paz in Santa Fe Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Santa Maria de la Paz in Santa Fe, with a burial to follow at the Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe. Serving as pallbearers will be Leonard Martinez, Leroy Martinez, Mark Perez, Phillip Quintana, Herman Alcarez, and Yolanda Almazan, honary pallbearers will be Destiney Martinez, Crystal Ortiz, Christopher Ortiz Jr., and Elijah Trujillo. The family of Orlinda Quintana has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
