Olga P. Martinez

OLGA P. MARTINEZ, a resident of Chimayo, born April 12, 1944 and passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 surrounded by her family following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andres and Anita Padilla; daughter, Donna; son, Anthony; sister, Sinforosa Salazar (Juan); brothers, Frank Padilla (Mary) and Andy Padilla; in-laws, Antonio and Gregoria Martinez. Mrs. Martinez is survived by her husband, Gilberto Martinez; children, Carolynn Trujillo (Marvin), Gilbert, Jr., (Diane), Joshua and Nathan; sister, Clorinda Ludi (Louis); brothers, Ricardo Padilla (Christina) and Paul Padilla (Mable); sisters-in-law, Gloria Padilla, Orlinda and Lucrecia Martinez; grandchildren, Derick Ludi, Raelyne (Jose), Melinda and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jose, Zuriah and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, a burial to follow at Nuestra Senñora de Dolores Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers, Johnny Martinez, P.J., Robert, Rupert and Edward Padilla and Marvin Trujillo. The family of Olga P. Martinez has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n \r\n
