Nickolaus Albert Alcon, 22, a resident of Chama passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012. He loved playing video games & traveling to California. He loved to serve as a server at Patsy’s Restaurant. He was dearly beloved by everyone and will be missed. Nickolaus was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Vera Alcon; maternal great-grandmother, Lucia Martinez. He is survived by his father, Alex Alcon; mother, Barbara Samora and husband Antonio; maternal grandmother, Patsy Lucero; maternal grandfather, Johnny Rael and wife Connie; sisters: Carlotta Alcon and fiancé Matthew, Simonacia Samora all of Chama; his pet that was always by his side, Daisy; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins & other loving relatives & friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Burial will follow at the Chama Community Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Arturo Baeza, Matthew Krock, Juanito, Alonzo and Ambrose Madrid and Zach Blea. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Andy and Manuel Navarro.
