Nancy E. Lopez

Nancy E. Lopez , age 79 a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children on Wednesday June 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her son Andrew Lopez; parents, John and Mary Lopez and aunt Evangeline Montoya. Nancy was a generous, kind, and loving person, family was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed baking, making blankets, and shopping. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Ernestine and Joseph Lopez; siblings, Mary, John, Ralph, Lawrence, and George Lopez; half-sister, Sheila Trujillo; aunt, Frances Espinoza; along with many other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited on Friday July 5, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Taos, with Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will take place at the Dolores Cemetery. Meal will follow at the St. Josephs Hall afterwards. The family of Nancy E.
