Meriah Gonzales

Meriah E Gonzales age 27, formerly from Velarde NM, passed away on March 1, 2023.

Meriah attended EVHS and NNMC where she graduated at 16. Meriah was a homemaker to her beautiful baby girl Marisa. She loved the outdoors and to be in the mountains, going camping, swimming, fishing, and laughing by the campfire. Meriah enjoyed writing, drawing, and knitting to pass time.

She is preceded in death by her angel babies, paternal Grandfather Antonio Vigil; maternal Grandparents Rayford and Maria Koon.

She is survived by her Daughter Marisa Gonzales; Mother Janice Gonzales; Father Andres Gonzales; Grandma Ferminia Salazar; Sisters Kayla Gonzales (Ray) Niece Raquell; Jaclynn Gonzales (Rosa) and Dezirae Dixon; Uncle Larry Vigil (Michelle), and boyfriend Levi Herrera as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Velarde United Methodist Church, 1249 County RD 0041 Velarde, NM 87582. Meal to follow at Eagles, 1217 S Riverside Dr. Española, NM 87532.
