Melvin Trujillo, 43, a resident of El Llano went to be with the Lord on January 25, 2011. Melvin was known as a very humble, loving man with a very gentle spirit, always accepting people as they were. Melvin was full of joy and fun to be with. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Trujillo Sr.; brother, Herman Trujillo Jr.; grandfather, Ralph Salazar Sr.; nephew, Jeremy Trujillo and aunt, Vivian Salazar. He is survived by his mother, Clarabelle Trujillo; daughter, Germel D. Trujillo; grandchildren: Zilthai, Zerahiah and Nissi Segovia; grandmother, Beatrice Salazar, all of El Llano; fiancé, Sara Rodarte and children Antonio and Klarissa of Rodarte; spiritual sister, Josie Garcia of El Llano; nephew, Antonio Trujillo and companion Brianna and children Bethany and Destiny of Española; aunts & uncles: Ralph Salazar Jr. and wife Annette of El Llano, Raymond Salazar and wife Stella of Youngsville, Eli Salazar and wife Cindy of Nambe, Levi Salazar and wife Geraldine of El Rancho, Renee Armijo and husband Marcos of Lyden, Berlinda George and husband Glenn of CO, numerous other family, relatives and friends. No public visitation will be held prior to the devotional service. A devotional service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victory Faith Church in Española. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Victory Faith Church in Española with Pastor JD Miera-Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at the Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde with the following serving as pallbearers: Matthew Salazar, Dominic Manzanares, Rafael Salazar, Antonio Rodarte, Patrick and Tim Vigil; honorary pallbearers: Antonio Trujillo, Miguel Salazar, Gabriel Salazar and Jerome Archuleta.
