Matthew "Matt" Age - 50 - Pojoaque Roybal

Matthew “Matt” Roybal, 50, a resident of Pojoaque passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 10, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Addie Roybal; sister, Marlene Roybal. Matthew was a loving father, son & brother, who will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. His gracious smile would light up any room that would fill the air with his special ways, always loving and caring shared by those who knew his face. Matthew is survived by his daughter, Justine Roybal; son, Craig Roybal; mother, Angie Roybal; brother, Michael Roybal and his daughter Elana Aabas (Mohammad); sister, Michelle Roybal and her children Rick Ortiz (Rosa), Cory and Camille Hickerson; great-nephews: Ibrahim, Hamza, Lorenzo, Gabriel and Jeremiah Ortiz; aunts: Viola Mascarenas, Isabel Roybal (Joe), Reynalda Gonzales (Gilbert), Grace Gomez (Edward); numerous other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives & friends. Rosary will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque. The family of Matthew “Matt” Roybal have entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
