Mary L. - age 83 - Santa Clara Sisneros

MARY L. SISNEROS, 83, a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Emilia Naranjo; husband, Paul Sisneros; daughter, Denise Gallegos; grandson, Paul Baca and son-in-law, Dale Baca. Mary was an avid fan of WWE. She loved spending time with her family; especially playing cards with her grandchildren. Her favorite past time was going to the casino, being outdoors and going for walks. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Sisneros is survived by her daughters, Pauline Bustos and husband David G. of Santa Clara Pueblo, Melanie Montoya and husband Elton of Ohkay Owingeh and Maria Gallegos of Santa Clara Pueblo; grandchildren, Victoria Kaye, Santana and Samantha Herrera, Lauralyn (Snow) Baca and Danielle Kaye, Chad Baca, Eric and Santiago Herrera, Xavier Rivera and Nicholas Kaye; God-children, Jennifer Sisneros, Belva Shields, Jeanette Teba and husband Steven and Wayne Shields; raised like a son, Melvin Moquino and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Santa Clara Pueblo, serving the family as pallbearers will be Alvin Warren, Melvin Moquino, Elton Montoya, Chad Baca, Eric Herrera, and Nicholas Kaye. The family of Mary Sisneros has entrusted their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
