Mary E. Age - 94 Maestas

Mary E. Maestas, born October 8, 1918 in Pojoaque, NM, died on October 13, 2012, at age 94. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and other brothers and sisters. She is survived by 2 brothers: Juan and Arturo Jiron, 4 sisters: Elvira Lujan, Celia Lujan, Rosina Gallegos, and Lorraine Abraham; 3 sons: David, Edward, Robert Vigil and wife and daughter-in-law Rita Vigil with many nephews, nieces, and grand children. Her adult years were spent in the Espanola valley. She worked in the food service at Espanola Hospital, and at San Juan Head Start program. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Española with a rosary to follow at 10:00 a.m. and a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial to take place at a later date at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Española. Serving the family as pallbearers will be: Jason Jiron, Marshall Lujan, Paul Gallegos, Denis Martinez, Nathan Vigil, Ronald Trujillo and Edward Vigil. The family of Mary E.
