Martin D. Lujan

Martin David Lujan, 59, a life long resident of San Pedro, NM, born on February 1, 1965, took his last breath on May 25, 2024, exactly where he would have wanted to be, right outside his childhood home in San Pedro, NM. 

Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Orlando and Josephine Lujan; siblings: Cecilia, Adrian, Manuel, Gerard and Mark.

He is survived by his daughter Candice Romero (Ray); grandchildren Marcos, Courtney, Faith and Maia; sister Therese Chacon (Adam) many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Good or bad Martin lived life on his own terms, and he did so boldly and adamantly. Many people knew Martin and often reached out to help and befriend him. Martin was a jack of all trades. He could fix or put together anything he set his mind to. He kept everything with the thought that he might be able to use it for something later.
While we are saddened at the thought that Martin is no longer with us, we are happy that he is resting.

The family would like to thank each and everyone who has reached out by call, text, social media and to those who have offered to help.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 5:00 pm at the Old La Cocina Restaurant in Espanola, NM.  Burial services will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Holy Cross Cemetery in El Llano, NM
