Margaret - Age 79 - Ranchitos - Cata

MARGARET CATA, 79, a resident of Ranchitos, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Cata; parents, Salomon and Josefina Salazar; brother, Aldoro Salazar; sister, Aggie Archuleta; in-laws, George and Fortuna Cata. Mrs. Cata is survived by her daughters, Mary Vivian Cata Dominguez and husband Jose, Mary Segura and husband Jerry, Sr. all of Ranchitos; grandchildren, Anthony Dominguez, Alicia Dominguez (Emilio), Jerry Segura, Jr. (Natasha); great-grandchildren, Jeramiah and Leila Baca, Makaleb Herrera; close nieces, Darlene, Grace and Shirley Archuleta; sisters-in-laws, Avenicia Cata, Patsy Naranjo and companion Sandy, Rose Povijua and husband Pete, Aurelia Valencia and husband Frank and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh. The family of Margaret Cata has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
