It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Marcos Aiden Sanchez, also known as “BroBro”, a beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson, and friend. Marcos Jr. was known for his unwavering kindness, honesty, and strong sense of loyalty, touching the lives of all who knew him. Born on November 17, 2005, to Marcos Sanchez and Sherri Gonzalez, he grew up in Rio Chama, New Mexico where he developed a passion for basketball and video games. Whether on the court or in front of a screen, his enthusiasm and competitive spirit shone through, bringing joy to his family and friends.

Marcos was preceded in death by his mother Sherri Gonzalez; great grandparents Tony and Margaret Sanchez and Archie & Vitalia Martinez; uncles Walter and Leon Sanchez; cousins Joshua Archuleta and Jacob Sanchez. Marcos is survived by his father Marcos J Sanchez; sister Nevaeh (Jose) Sanchez; grandparents Marvin & Socorro Sanchez; and aunt Victoria Sanchez; his relatives, Aunts and Uncles: Carmen (Tony) Perez, Archie (Doris) Martinez, Arthur (Liz) Martinez, Loretta (Rob) Tapia, Leonard (Lupita) Sanchez, Janet Sanchez, Danny (Julie Anne) Sanchez, and many cousins who will forever cherish his memory and the love he brought to their lives. His gentle heart and infectious laugh will be deeply missed by all.

A Rosary will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory at 6:00 p.m.
